Is HONEY DRIP Jewelry made-to-order?

If our pieces are not in stock, they are made-to-order with a production timeline of 3 weeks. Please refer to the stock details & information on the individual product page for additional details.

We will have very limited drops of inventory from time to time which will also feature one-of-a-kind, exclusive colorways. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook to keep up with new product and inventory drops.

If you need a piece sooner, drop us a line at info@honeydripnyc.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

The piece I want is out-of-stock. When will you get more and can I place an order?

If a piece is out-of-stock that you’d like to purchase, please get in touch at info@honeydripnyc.com to place a special order. Most designs can be produced within 2-3 weeks.

I need my order by a specific date, can Honey Drip Jewelry accommodate me?

What is the HD Return Policy?

We work very hard to design and create pieces to-order! Due to the nature of our small-batch production and made-to-order model, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations at this time.

In the unlikely chance a piece arrives to you defective, please get in touch with us at info@honeydripnyc.com so we can provide further instructions for a replacement. If you have any and all questions prior to purchase, feel free to reach out at info@honeydripnyc.com. We’re here to answer any questions you might have prior to purchase to make sure you’re happy when your pieces arrive.

Shipping

How does Honey Drip Jewelry ship orders?

For orders $500 and below, we ship via USPS. Please ensure that your full address details are included when placing your order as we are not responsible for items shipped to the incorrectly provided address. For orders above $500, we ship via UPS with a signature requirement. We’ll be sure to contact you prior to shipment to ensure you’ll be home to receive the parcel via UPS signature.

USA orders over $300 receive free shipping.

When will I receive my order?

If your item is in-stock, please allow 1-3 business days for processing, and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery, not including Holidays. Please note that any delays that are caused when your parcel is in transit are out of our control. If any issues do arise with your shipment, we’ll do our best to help out at info@honeydripnyc.com.

If your order is made-to-order, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment.

Does Honey Drip Jewelry ship Internationally?

Yes! HD ships Internationally. Please note that duties and taxes may be due at the time of delivery, which are the responsibility of our customers. We highly recommend getting in touch with your local courier to determine the approximate tax rate for jewelry imports. Any International orders that are refused at customs by our customers will have the original shipping cost,  return shipping cost, and/or duties & taxes charged to Honey Drip Jewelry subtracted from the refund amount.

Production

Where is HONEY DRIP Jewelry produced?

All pieces are locally made in NYC at all levels of production, from design, development, casting, and finishing.

Does HD make any plated jewelry?

No, Honey Drip Jewelry does not produce any plated jewelry. Plating on jewelry eventually wears off and creates toxic waste during production that we just can’t get behind.

Does Honey Drip Jewelry do custom pieces?

Yes! We can customize wedding jewelry, heirloom pieces, requests on updates to some of our original designs, and more.
