• Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Free insured shipping on all orders $350 and above. Shipping costs for orders below $350 vary by shipping selection type. Orders valued at $500 and above will be shipped via UPS with a signature requirement.
• International Shipping: Rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient at time of delivery

• Processing Time:
• Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Dispatched within 3-5 business days.
• Made-to-Order:  May require 3-6 weeks for production before shipment. Please review the specified details on the product page of your desired piece.
• Custom & Bespoke: Crafted exclusively for you and typically produced in 4-8 weeks. Final timeline depends on the design, materials, and complexity of the project. 

• Tracking & Signature Confirmation: All shipments are fully insured. Orders valued at $500 and above require a signature upon delivery. Tracking details will be shared once your order is on its way.

Each HONEY DRIP NYC piece is handcrafted to the highest standards. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer the following options:

• Bespoke: These pieces are created specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Ready-to-Ship: ready-to-ship pieces that have been dispatched within 7 business days (except crane blocks & vintage jewelry) are eligible for exchange, no refunds. Store credit may be issued. Exchanges only qualify for equal or higher value. Exchanges must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging. Exchange requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
•  Made-to-Order pieces: All made-to-order pieces are final sale. Kindly double check the product page which indicates whether your item is made-to-order, which may take 3-6 weeks to produce, depending on the piece.
• Crane Blocks: All Crane Block are final sale. 
• Vintage & Antique Jewelry: All vintage and antique fine jewelry is sold as-is, and is therefore final sale, no exceptions. Please carefully review the details and images of the product pages prior to purchase. If you have any questions in advance, please contact us and we would be happy to assist with any inquiries you may have. Please expect vintage and antique jewelry to have imperfections and signs of wear as these items are pre owned.
• Damages & Repairs: In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, or if it requires adjustments, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will arrange a solution. Please note that all vintage and antique pieces sold via our vintage fine jewelry instagram or on our website are sold as-is. Please expect flaws to be present on vintage and antique fine jewelry.

We are not responsible for damages or losses that occur in transit for improperly packaged returns and repairs. Kindly ensure that your return is shipped with respect in a box, securely padded plastic envelope and/or the original packaging.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of your online purchase. Orders that have shipped are not eligible for order cancellation.
